Ozon company plans to turn some order pickup points (PVZs) in Moscow and Moscow Oblast into pet-friendly ones, allowing pets to enter. The front doors of PVZs will be labeled with pet-friendly signs and provided with water, hygiene products and pet-friendly waiting areas. Ozon points out that owners can decide whether to participate independently according to factors such as site capacity and customer demand. According to Ozon’s survey, half of its customers own pets. The annual growth rate of pet food and commodity sales in the first half of this year is 62%. For owners and employees participating in this project, Ozon will provide free training.
